Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Ready to Ship (RTS) Items
RTS items will ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Preorder Items
Preorder items have extended shipping timelines. Estimated shipping times may sometimes be listed in the item description. Please note that preorder timelines are estimates and may occasionally change due to supplier delays.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Delays
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for postal delays. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional shipping payment to be resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. Please contact your local carrier if you experience delivery issues.

Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the problem.
